My fitness journey did not start with confidence, speed, or endurance. In eighth grade, I was clinically obese. I know what it feels like to feel behind, uncomfortable, and unsure where to start.
But that struggle became the beginning of my transformation. Through consistency, discipline, and a willingness to keep showing up, I lost 100 pounds and rebuilt my life through fitness.
Today, I am a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy. I have earned a 98th percentile CFA score, run a sub-5 mile, completed a sub-3 hour marathon, finished a 100-mile ultramarathon, completed the Falcon 50 miler, validated the USAFA PFT and AFT, and trained as a member of the USAFA Men's Triathlon Team.
I coach because I understand both sides: the struggle of starting from zero and the discipline required to perform at a high level. No shortcuts. No excuses. Earned Not Given.
Coaching is centered around practical performance: passing standards, getting leaner, running faster, building endurance, and staying consistent.
Event-specific training for the Candidate Fitness Assessment, including calisthenics, mile pacing, shuttle work, and strategy.
Improve run times, push-ups, sit-ups/core endurance, and overall test-day readiness.
Training for mile speed, 5K strength, marathon prep, ultra durability, and long-run progression.
Simple structure, habit building, and accountability for getting leaner while becoming more capable.
